PALPABLE Consortium Meets in Trévoux to Review Progress and Next Steps

On 30–31 October 2025, the PALPABLE consortium held its M34 plenary meeting in Trévoux ,France, kindly hosted by Sofradim Production SASU . Partners met in person to review overall project progress, align on next steps across work packages, and coordinate upcoming technical and dissemination priorities.

The meeting followed a structured agenda with dedicated sessions covering the technical work packages and project management, including open discussions and Q&A to consolidate progress and identify priorities for the next project phase.

Across the sessions, partners:

• shared updates from all ongoing R&D activities,

• reviewed system integration planning and dependencies between components,

• discussed dataset status and internal monitoring items, including KPIs and risk management,

• exchanged updates related to dissemination and exploitation planning, including IP coordination.

Consortium partners  Tech Hive Labs (THL), Hellenic Mediterranean University , Medtronic,Bendabl, Università degli Studi di Torino, Fraunhofer HHI, The European Association of Endoscopic Surgery, Sofradim Production SASU, Queen Mary University of London, University of Essex shared comprehensive updates on their work and recent technical achievements.

A key outcome of the meeting was a shared emphasis on system integration planning and preparation for consolidated demonstrations ahead of upcoming project checkpoints.

The Trévoux meeting reinforced close cross-partner collaboration, bringing together research, clinical, and industrial perspectives to keep PALPABLE on track toward its project objectives and future validation activities.
